Join us for dinner with Brunnhilde Claux of Domaine de Courbissac in Minervois (Languedoc-Roussillon, France).

Domaine de Courbissac’s production is focused on old vine grenache (90 y.o), carignan (70 y.o.) and cinsault (70y.o), as well as some younger syrah and mouvedre (40 y.o). All vineyards are farmed biodynamically.  Their winemaking approach is definitely hands-off to allow fuller expression of this exciting terroir!

 
The wines are intriguing, rewarding and delicious.
