Aria opened in the spring of 2000 as the creative vision of Chef Gerry Klaskala, founded on a simple premise: to create meaningful memories through exceptional food and wine.

Today, that founding vision continues through the leadership of long-time general manager and now owner Andrés Loaiza.
With deep roots in hospitality and a shared commitment to thoughtful, guest-centered dining, they carry Aria forward—honoring its legacy while continuing to evolve.
