Aria opened in the spring of 2000 with a simple goal: to create meaningful experiences through exceptional food, wine, and hospitality.

More than two decades later, that purpose continues to guide everything we do. Under the leadership of owner Andrés Loaiza and Executive Chef Austin Goetzman, Aria remains committed to thoughtful hospitality, continual growth, and the pursuit of excellence in every aspect of the guest experience.
